Justine González has served as a teacher, instructional coach, and K12 administrator. After teaching and coaching in Indianapolis Public Schools, she was accepted to the nationally acclaimed New Leaders Principal Residency program in Chicago. Afterward, she served as an administrator in Chicago Public Schools' turnaround network, AUSL. Following her time in Chicago, she became a founding Principal for a network of schools focused on adjudicated youth in Indianapolis. Within one year, she was promoted to serve as a Regional Director (Superintendent) for 10 high school campuses across Indiana. Justine is Founder/Principal of EducatorAide.
She also serves as a founding board member for Midwest Center for Social Services.
Connie Zittnan is a career educator known nationally for her work in establishing leadership and sustaining success for public, charter, and private K-12 educational systems. Her professional expertise is leveraged through forward thinking strategic planning, operational foundations, and school improvement. Connie supports school leaders and board members to navigate diverse school and community members to achieve common goals. Connie has been a respected and trusted member of Boards of Directors, fundraising and academic committees, and advisory leader boards. Her current focus is building leadership capacity through Cultural Mastery experiences.
